MORryde
We just finished up with MORryde on Thursday. We spent two days and one night in their shop in Elkhart, IN having a 3" spacer added between the frame and MORryde IS suspension so our RV would ride level.
Upon arrival Wednesday AM we were greeted by Keith he is the guy that actually does the work. He had me place the truck and RV on a level area and we measured how far out of level the RV was and what our height was at the highest point on the roof to the ground. Originally I thought a 2" riser was the only option but after measuring Keith said 3" was the way to go and the highest point on the roof to the ground would be 13' 5" when complete.
Keith is a great guy, he has worked there for 16 years, Really knows his job. The brake lines were a jumbled mess from DRV's installation. They rip all that off and start over. The result is a VERY professional installation with no chance of the brake lines rubbing to being torn off with a blowout.
Rob Kolean is the service manager and he is who I coordinated this with months ago. Great guy everything he told me was spot on. He was involved in the work making sure everything was going good. He even gave us a personal tour Friday, VERY impressive!!!
Lunch is provided but we were sight seeing and did not get to partake.
There were three others there to have the MORryde IS added while we were there. And more coming in when we left. Very busy place.
We are over by a few hundred pounds on our axles and thought we may need to go to the 9K version but Keith inspected the rubber springs and said they were siting within specs and the rubber springs were in great condition. Nice they were honest about that, others may have said oops you are 8,001# and overloaded now you need the 9K.
I would recommend anyone needing the lift or wanting a kingpin installed or a 7, 8 or 9K MORryde IS system installed contact Rob!
