Nothing bolts to the floor and all is easily removable with little effort. I don't use much tie down force for the front of the bikes, and only a little more at the rear. Works very well.

I'm trying a similar setup as you but since I don't have the D-rings in the floor but only have a non movable bar, I will be using a larger pc of alum tread plate with holes at the tie down locations and intend to use a safety chain quick link to hook into my tie points and extend through the tread plate to hook straps onto. Then Condor mounts are bolted to the tread plate for easy removal of condors and tread plate both.
