I disagree with the poster about wind gust and semis passing sway with my TT. It is 40' and I rarely know that a semi is passing me until I see the cab at my door. As for wind I have been able to drive when several had pulled over. I drive at 65 as long as conditions are fair.
I am not arguing the 5ers just saying if you are going to travel a lot that's one type of RVing if you are a weekend guy maybe you are better off with the 5er. My Dmax goes through the mountains just cruising along with out a problem in the world.
Be happy with your choice I just don't want/need anything bigger than a 2500, no air bags or other stuff and an open cap covered box is to my liking.
