I got to thinking about a new spare tire! The current brand new XPS Rib has been hanging under the trailer for over 9 years and maybe 50K miles. Shame to throw out an unused tire, but it is time. Truck has a brand new LTX A&S that has been hanging there for 13 years and 113K miles. Same deal, I need to throw out a brand new tire. Wives, Buick Rainier is in the same boat, 10 year old Michelin under it also. Darn, that is three tires I need to purchase for insurance.
So I have a bit of a hard time understanding what kind of tires several of you are running that you need two spares vs one?

same here. 07 spare never used on the alpenlite, 04 spare never used on the chev and 07 tires on the GMC. I am the same guy that tells people when they have old tires, please help me!!!! 2010 tires on the alpenlite that will not be on after the winter coming up. Time passes fast.
