I totally disagree about putting the family in danger. The tire blows out. You pull the trailer to a stop. End of story. It's not like you had a blowout on a curve on a steering axle and rolled your truck because of it. Nobody was riding in the trailer. The tire went flat and the other tire held it up until he stopped. It wasn't on a drive axle or a steering axle how dangerous could it be? Lots of people have flats on trailer trailers and drive for miles not knowing about...Give the guy a break!!
