bogart661, noticed you asked about the Reese R20 hitch...My thoughts on the R20 after 9 months and 7000 miles of use. Overall I like this hitches features but the one thing I have been unhappy with is the yellow isolators. The material that they use is not holding up, they are deforming which is a concern to me. I replaced my first set at 5k miles and the second set is starting to show signs of doing the same thing. I have been giving the option of a new R20 hitch or a new 20K #30081. At this point I'm thinking of the 30081 hitch. One thing, Reese has made good on the isolator replacements.
My trailer weighs 16k, pin weight 2880lbs which is well within specs for this hitch
