I think that just proves buyers are willing to pay more than their worth. And that will just keep the prices up there. Great for sellers for sure.
I like what one of the first replies was. It's only worth what someone's willing to pay and a sellers willing to sell it for. That pretty much sums up this entire thread. Makes everything else irrelevant.
