Sometimes NADA is out of touch with the marketplace. I was selling a travel trailer (not a 5er) and a potential buyer offered me $8k which was what NADA suggested. He became indignant with me that I wouldn't accept his offer. We parted and I sold it sight unseen for $21,000 an hour later. The marketplace decides.
