When you are looking for POPUP trailers doors just keep in mind some are half doors like mine is. The bottom half is permanent mounted and the top part is the swing-up style that hooks into the ceiling when in transport mode...
Other popup trailers have full doors.
I would probably go for a regular full RV door if I was cutting a hole in the side of a utility trailer. Plenty of utility trailers with doors and windows you can search for... Drop down rear ramp door for rolling in bikes and a full side door would be my druthers...

I would leave enough room between the side door and the front area to put in full cabinet across the trailer for your kitchen stuff. Add a fold down bed from one side of the trailer opposite the door.
Battery Box and Propane on the tongue - Vent fan on the roof.
Would make a nice camper trailer you could pull with your JEEP and still have some comforts back off the trails somewhere...
