Since both brands are Keystone brands I would not expect a significant difference in quality. And would not expect high build quality on either model. The price difference may lie in the difference in quality of the appliances, suspension, frame, tires, paint, etc. However over $4,000 difference for one year difference in age seems a bit much. I would encourage you to try to find out who the previous owners were and contact them before purchasing either one. I'd walk if the sellers won't give you the names and contact info for the previous owners. Try to look past the bling and sizzle and look deeply under the covers. The details under the covers are what is important.
