NEVER EVER put money down on anything till you inspect it. if they want to bring it closer to you ,thats great , but don,t commit to a price. and remember the golden rule, never ever beleave what a sales person tells you.
How can some of you buy anything if you can't trust anyone?
Believe it or not, not every sales person lies.
Because LEGALLY if it ain't in writing it's doesn't exist
I don't just mean the deposit from the original post, some of you don't trust any sales people.
Trust them..........nope. They are 'SALES People' and HAVE to make a Sale. I don't trust Ins. Claims Adjusters either.
Both are NOT working on my behalf.....they are working on their own or the companies behalf.
Therefore ANY promises, guarantees etc. MUST be in a written form so that both sides fully understand and have that necessary 'meeting of the minds'
Otherwise anything else is just puffering
Trust is something I extend to my close friends, some family members and ones a served with -------others haven't earned it.
Strangers are treated fairly with an open mind BUT I don't do 'Verbal Contracts' so IF it ain't in writing it doesn't exist
