Go big or stay home... LOL
Most RVers end up starting out small and then go through 3 to 4 progressively larger RVs until they finally find one that meets all of their needs. So your best bet is to go as big as you can afford even if it means going with an older well maintained unit. But don't go beyond what your truck can safely handle.
All of the other stuff parking and storage will work out. My 38ft 5th wheel is just as easy to park as my 23ft TT used to be. You get used to the size.
