Some things to watch for because it is an orphan is what type are the AC's. Mine were Coleman and Coleman doesn't make RV AC's any longer nor support them. The heater worked through the thermostat in the AC with remote controls. If there was a problem and you had to replace the Ac you would have to make other arrangements for a thermostat.
All in all I was very pleased with this rig.
Looking at a 2006 model. Thanks for the tip on the ACs and the endorsement on the Alumascape!
