I have a 2005 Alumascape model 32skd. It is a very solid unit. Tows great and stays cool in the summertime and warm in the fall and spring. Check the windows to see if they are double pane and tinted. I have had no problems with mine other than a heat strip unit in the air conditioner. Appliances are generally the same or very similar, and used by all manufacturers, so not much difference there.
I do not have any experience with the other brand, but like I said, I am very happy with my Holiday Rambler.
If you go to the Holiday Rambler website you can find info on that model. Takes a little searching as they are only selling motor homes now. Also do a search for the other model and look for a sales brochure. You can then do some comparison before you look at them.
