I’m sorry you’re in this situation. I would not tow the 5er again with that truck. Not safe. Nothing you do to it will change that. You need to trade up to a bigger truck if you’re sticking with a fifth wheel, or you could trade the 5er for a travel trailer that’s within the ratings of the truck. Best of luck.
