Need help with satellite internet and Installation

So, I just bought a 2017 39' Chaparral. It has the KingJack installed in it already. I called up HughesNet and they said they won't do installation on a camper. Am I wrong in thinking that they did or...

I use Verizon wireless, I'm currently camping on Grandfather Mountain, NC and I have service. It's faster and cheaper than satellite and no setting up every time you move.
