Need new GPS looking at RV GPS what do you like

If you go in areas of no or poor connections, then the builtin GPS is useless. The commercial GPS units, like Garmin, use satellite to get GPS and have all the maps built internal.



Not true,the GPS chip in the Ipads do work with no data service,just that its not a real accurate data source.I need the accuracy of the addon GPS for the Ipad and for data service I just piggyback mine off my Iphone using the hotspot feature.that way I dont pay for 2 data plans.The 7in screen is hard to beat.
