It seems that those who have no real input or knowledge of the subject like to hang around and make fun of those who do. My grandchildren have better manners than that.
Just for information, the info on the federal code was taken from a link that FastEagle put up some time back. He linked a tire company training document to support his position. What he didn't realize was that at the bottom was the quoted federal statute that contradicted him and their own document.
