Finely someone helped answer my problem. I bought these tires last year I check them every time I leave 80lb. They have about 1000 miles om them. I always pull in to a rest stop shortly after a leave my house I got lucky I blow the tread it looked like a sneak and a chunk came out of the tire. When I pulled into the truck stop it blow. Don't what to go through that again I got lucky. I talk to a lot of tire companies they all told me pretty much the same thing that China tires went down hill the past few years There even are pushing LT tires now.
