There are video courses on the Internet to teach you how to drive and back a trailer. Google them. Since I live in Louisiana (snow is rare and we usually see how many cars and trucks can be wrecked in one day), seach all the threads on cold weather, condensation, etc. There was some discussion on 100 to 250 lbs tanks and having a dealer deliver the 250 lbs tank and connect it. Driving in snow and ice is a skill that comes with practice. If you haven't driven a rig in snow and ice then go as slow as possible. Others will go flying by you, but as a 1960's bumper sticker said, "Speed on brother, hell isn't half full".
