If you can live without the rails cluttering up your bed, I would recommend taking a look at B&W GN/Companion. It is made in America, quiet, highly adjustable, pitch & roll compliant and B&W has great customer service. I wouldn't consider towing with any other 5th wheel hitch. Just my $0.02 USD worth....
