Eeesh, agree with the others, nope. Our 5er is lighter than that and we wouldn't have been comfortable towing it with a non-dually.
That being said, our neighbor pulls a Fuzion 371 , which is 13,500ish shipping weight, with a 2500 RAM. We think he's crazy, and he said it's not the most pleasant experience but it gets the job done. He also routinely pulls heavy trailers for work, so maybe that's why he's more comfortable with it. Just not sure why you'd want to stress yourself out while vacationing.
