I have a 2012 CBG27 that we use for motox. Mine has been pretty good except for Lippert frame cracking issues, which were handled under warranty at no cost to me. I've towed it some 13000 miles and we've really enjoyed it.
TH build quality varies all over the place. IMHO, ALL the "standard" brands are hit and miss. Mine was pretty good - some trim peices not well done, sawdust in the vents, other minor issues I fixed myself. Just make sure you do a really good PDI on it and try to do a shakedown overnighter the very first day or two.
Bought mine at Toy Hauler liquidators in Fresno. Knew what I wanted and what I would pay. Never been back since I bought it so service dept not important to me.
