I currently have a fifth wheel camper which I pull a with a 3/4 ton truck and I am needing to get a golf cart for my DW. The problem is where do I put it. I cannot afford to buy a new/used toy haul...

That is on ball and couplers. The Idaho Tote is bolted on, and you have a better argument that is an extension of the trailer.
