just a thought, when we were looking to upgrade our last fifth wheel we started looking at front living room and front kitchen models but found that the storage (under what would be a bedroom area otherwise )is tight for a fifth wheel , I think it is a structure and weight thing that decreases the storage room under the front of the fifth wheel and they were all the same and it was about half of what we had in our fifth wheel at the time, storage may be an issue for you if your currently using the covered bed of your truck for stuff , good luck in your plans
