Dutch if you can overcome losing the cap on your truck you will love fiver life.
However I see more cons than pros with that floorplan for full time use.
Too much duplication. 1/2 bath no way, space can be utilized for something else.
2 bathroom sinks again more duplication. This is not a 3000 sq. ft house, all space is at a premium when you are trying to cram your whole life into a trailer.
No bathroom access with slides in, Dutch you know better. this is a deal breaker.
FL floorplans tend to have less basement storage than other floorplans, you've got all that stuff that was stored in and under your dually's cap to put away somewhere. You want maximum storage.
I'm excited that your excited about a fiver however for weekend use the FL3700 is fine. But for full timing you need to step back take a deep breath and evaluate your priorities, and requirements.
