New 5th wheel
Currently we own a class a. We are considering trading it in for a 5th wheel which will be left at a campground in Florida all the time. We are not looking for a new rv,perhaps one that is 4-6 years ...

Park trailer, destination trailer or park model. Whatever you want to call it. Cheaper, no inside steps, more flexible floor plans. Many have residential appliances, residential bathroom fixtures...I wouldn't even consider a fifth wheel for that purpose.
