I disagree about park models, they have lower ceilings, and don't have feel that the fifth wheels do to me. Our fifth wheel has been set up on a permanent site for the last 6 years and I wouldn't trade for a park model. There's one on both sides of me and they have tiny little rooms and low ceilings. no thanks...
