New rti us!

Hi all
Well we have had them all toyhauler, travel trailer, multiple campers, and cargo. We are now back to comfy however 21 year young 26 foot 5th. Its a slumber queen and its actually quite nice.I did reapir to one wall that had dry rot with two other area that can wait ,however super clean and everything works except!,turn signals. It was actually worse i had no rear lights but i installed new plug and now everything works reverse lights and even brake lights but no signals. I checked my truck trl fuse on our 2003 2500hd silverado but it looks good.We ars about 11 days away from our first trip any nelp would be good or just might have to hire someone
  • I just stopped in to see if the thread title "New rti us" is explained. Still don't know what it means. Bye.
  • Im pretty sure I picked the correct fuse and it looked fine
  • The brake lights and turn signal lights are the same lights, BUT they have separate fuses in the engine compartment fuse box. Look for fuses that start with TRLR (such as TRLER STOP) on the description under the fuse box cover. These fuses cover the trailer circuitry only.
  • Yes my truck lights blink .dont quite understand what you are trying to say haha but I try and decifer it :)
If i read it right on the truck 3 and 9 o'clock are turn signals so I should get 12 volt there to ground?
  • It's not difficult to troubleshoot. Start with your plug on the truck with your meter and identify the ground in the plug, then identify the pairs that work. Remember that signals are just right and left brake lines. If they are on the plug, are they blinking?

Verify that you are getting the voltage on the right numbers on the plug. If they blink on the truck, they should show up blinking on the plug too.
