NO, it has not been! If you understand the tire weight/inflation charts EVERY tire has then you may need to run MAX but then again you may not need to.
PROPER tire pressure is based on LOAD. The fact is many RV's GVWR is based on what the tire can carry at MAX psi.
When up sizing in load range use the charts and add 5psi to what the chart says based on your tires actual load, per GY Tech Support. You can blindly go with what the RV tag says but for best ride, braking and tread life inflate based on LOAD!
OP weigh your rig!!! Use the inflation chart.
