Did you assure they didn't raise your trailer by placing a floor jack under the axle away from the perch (spring mount)? Every time I take a trailer to Discount Tires they will place the floor jack under the axle about 16" to 20" inward from the tire. When I correct them they always say 'this is how we always do it'. I wonder how many trailers roll out with bent axles. An empty utility trailer in one thing but a loaded TT or FW is another.
My experience with Discount is just the opposite with two Boat Trailers getting the Endurance installed. They lifted right under the spring pack.
