I see you have a 1ton Dually, so may not be an issue but what's the hitch weight without the buggy on the back?
Toy haulers are known for having higher hitch weights and this one would seem to be an extreme example with nothing but frame and deck aft of the wheels.
I've seen lots of similar examples where the toys are in the front.
