If you would read as much about tires as you write about them you would have an understanding about why tire pressures are called recommendations. When reading the documents you will see that vehicle manufacturer tire pressure recommendations are defined as the CORRECT tire pressure. You cannot expect a flexible chamber that holds air to not have variations.
Why don't you take-up giving more descriptive criticism rather than off the wall personal stuff that has zero merit.
