Focus on the GVWR and not the GAWR and axles, its the weight of the trailer your tires have to support not the axles.
Can you please explain how you got your trailer to balance only on the wheels with no weight whatsoever transferred or supported by the stab jacks when not hitched or the pin box when hitched?
I would surely like to see a picture of that. That is the only way your statement makes any sense at all.
