Yep, I was in Discount Tire just last week. Got a roofing nail dead center in a Bridgestone tire on my wife's SUV. Asked them to put a patch/plug in it and then change it out with the full sized spare. Asked them to balance it in accordance with the Bridgestone Red/yellow dot technology. None of them knew what I was talking about and the manager said that was just not used by anybody. Well, I got them to air-up the flat and went down the road a few miles to the Bridgestone tire store where they were more than happy to do just what I had asked of Discount Tire.
