Congratulations on your "new" fiver. Being a 2013 model makes the tires at least 4 years old and the trailer hasn't been towed anywhere. Along with the fact they are probably Chinese cheapo tires, I STRONGLY recommend replacing them prior to hitting the road. Check out Maxxis M8008 ST tires as they are a proven high quality trailer tire. While they're changing tires out, you might have the wheel bearings repacked with new seals.
