That must have been quite a dip, to go from hardly any squat, to hitting bottom! Sure suspension aid would help, bags, Timbrens, etc. I would not call this normal, but if it does the same crossing bridges, rail tracks, normal bumps, then you will need support. Are you under your RAWR?
