New Toy Hauler-Extended Warranty from Portfolio Protection?

Next week we are picking up a new 2014 300X12 XLR. The dealer is suggesting a warranty (I know - upsale...). Has anyone heard of Portfolio Protection? Are they worth the money? Craig
