inside the track will have a stop for the top bed, mid way down or so...if you have a 2 bed system. If you have 2 beds and the top bed comes all the way down its missing the stop brackets.
the pins are to pin the top bed and allow only the bottom to go up and down, the bottom will go all the way to bottom of track
the bottom is the lifting bed they do not work independent
