New Toy, now Need a Toy Hauler

Just bought a 4 seater Talon and now looking for a towable Toy Hauler. Wanting to keep it around 30' with all the Bells and Whistles and would like some recommendations. Have been looking at the Winnebago Spyder but seems to be lacking inside storage for kids' who will be sleeping in the back and fridge and microwave are teeny. Positive on it for us is the back has a pull down screen and converts into a deck and has a good size shower. Open to suggestions. Thx!
  • Jealous of the Talon. Good for you.

How long is it? Do you have bumpers or anything to make it longer?

Pics just for fun would be nice.
  • Picking it up tomorrow and will take pics and follow up with measurements. Thx!!
  • A 30’ toy hauler will by necessity limit other internal storage, and you will of course be living in the garage. You are swapping creature comforts for the toys you want to haul. In the 30’ unit I don’t see a lot of storage anywhere.

We bought a 31’ motorhome with bunk beds to allow us to take our then 3 yo great nephew along, and a place to store dog kennel, cat cage and litter box. Sounded great till we brought the kid along and found no place for his stuff. So he lives out of the back pack.

Just go slow on the selection process.
  • Hey Tom - thanks for the reply - totally makes sense. Thx
  • ORV Trail Series

    NW Desert Fox

Both of these brands are made in the Oregon and they seem to have a better than average reputation. We are just starting to get the ORV products in Texas and I feel they beat every other brand out there.

Looked at a Heartland Fuel 305 the other day. Liked the layout but the finish work was so-so.
  • Lance 2612

Lance has a pretty decent reputation. I think they've stopped making toy haulers, but this one looks pretty clean. New they were asking in the 60K range

    ATC

ATC is another good brand, but you get what you pay for and they're not inexpensive
