I had a 2006 2500 Chevy crew cab. Upgraded to a 3500 GMC crew cab both with the short bed. (6'6"). I had a pullrite superglued in the 2006. I went with the B&W companion slider in the 2015 3500.
I have a 2013 Chaparral, I felt it was better to have it and not need it then to not have it and need it. The cost difference between the two is less then my deductible and it would really suck if I damaged my truck.
