You need to tell us more about the truck to help..
4x4?
2 dr?
crew cab?
HD or standard?
Basically best case scenario is 10k lbs.(crew cab 7.5 v8 4:10 rear) Worst case is 6900 lbs(4.6 v8 3:73 rear)
With that said to find max pin weight you need to take your truck to a cat scale. Get the two axle weights front and rear. Fill the gas tank and load the truck with people and carg for camping..
Take those weights and take the axle ratings on the door tag and subtract the #'s.. This will give you available payload..
Also post the max air pressure from your tire side wall and the max weight the tires can carry at that psi.. ( All on the side wall.)
