Yup! That's our truck.
No, the above linked is not the trailer. The ones we are looking at are these 5ers. Either:
#1: the 2005 Wilderness 295 2BS 32' (which seems to weigh 7994 lbs. from what I read online)
OR
#2: the 2009 SANDPIPER 345QB which is about 40 feet and looks perfect to us.
BUT: let me ask advice!
Basically: we want a 5er that has these features:
- queen bed for us (king is fine) in its own room with the ability to sit up with our back to the wall (not possible in the Wilderness, or we'd be taking it home)
- separate bunk room with as many bunks as we can (kids and grandkids tagging along + trade shows as well as a guest house during summers at our farm)
I really LOVE the layout of the Sandpiper... and we've got a bead on a good price. Question is, can our truck pull it safely?
And, I'd love any suggestions for other layouts we might consider, especially if they might be more compact.
