Looking for older, used models (5-10 years old) for around 24K or under. We probably won't camp, per se. We'll mostly use it on the road for doing trade shows, for which we'll need some water on board, but luggage/gear will be light, relative to many campers' needs.
We might go to FL for a month some winter. If so, we'd do water/sewer hook-ups.
We will use it a lot at our farm as a guest house for our kids and grandkids in summers. We have outdoor showers and toilets already in place here at the farm, so we won't be using the plumbing/kitchen while it's a guest house. Just sleeping at nights mostly; and grandkids' naps.
