I drove OTR 18 wheeler for a while. If you think for a new York minute tht a truck stop in warm FL would have straight No 2 in the winter think it over.
I have filled up in warm FL in the winter and headed to the frozen north land without a hitch.
Truck stops cannot afford to loose their business because of selling stuff that would have all the trailer trucks gelled up up north down the road. :h
