    This is a typical catch 22 situation. Same thing happens with faulty tires.

  • I have seen this many times on various types of new trailers. It seems the factory only wants to use 25 cents worth of grease, instead of the whopping $2.00 worth required.

    I've always checked the bearings for proper grease, on new or used trailers.

    Maybe a recall on Keystone will help to awaken all the RV manufacturers.

    That happened to us on our first TT. As we were going on an extended trip, i checked every wheel, and found two without the proper amount of axle grease. They were almost dry.
