Unless you can get your tires easily and at no cost filled with nitrogen, don't bother with it. It's a marketing ploy to move that green stuff from your pocket to the person selling nitrogen.
FWIW I check my tires fairly frequently and will add air if the pressure is down a couple psi. That happens in the spring when I bring the trailer out of hibernation. I never have to add air until the next spring, and then a couple psi is all it takes. Save your money.
