I agree: 2 months to replace a gas line is beyond the pale. Actually, I think I would have started threatening a lawsuit somewhere between 2 and 3 weeks. As others have said, it can't take more than a couple hours work, tops. It ain't rocket science, fer Pete's sake.
And it's also not like they MUST wait for the rig manufacturer to custom design a special part and arrange for it to be manufactured in China and then imported. It's a flippin' hunk o' hose already.
