I had the same problem with my 2013 Lifestyle 37RESL. The line was pinched where it exits the fiver body, not on the folding arm. The fix was a new gas line 6 inches longer. Took 30 minutes to fix. All that was needed was the new line and a coupling to connect the two lines together and pull the old line out with new line following. A warranty fix.
