The one thing that I would like to see is that the dealer is required to time and date the arrival of a unit for warranty repair. The time used for the repair is not subtracted from the warranty. In other words, if you have a coach for one month, and you take it in for warranty service. The warrant clock stops until you get the coach back from the dealer. That way if a dealer decides he has a lemon that is going to cost him he can not hold the unit for several months to shorten the warranty. Also this protects the owner as he/she had a full warranty period not just x number of months. I have seen a neighbors unit sit at a dealer for the entire summer season waiting (allegedly) on parts. When he had other problems, sorry the warranty has expired.
